I have finalized the layout and content of my wedding website. Unfortunately, over the years of shooting weddings I have lost [read careless file management] all but the most recent of my wedding photographs. It is frustrating at times to be doing what feels like starting over given the new location and lack of portfolio, but I am hoping that though things may be slow at first my efforts will be paid off in time. Tahoe also seems an idyllic place to be a wedding photographer where the natural surround lends itself to the image. In contrast, with limited ability to travel and the quiet nature of Tahoe, it seems increasingly difficult to be a photojournalist here, maybe commercial lifestyle and sport needs to be next on the list.

Update: we have settled in South Lake Tahoe, Ca. An unexpected yet wholly appreciated turn in life.
